A nutritional concept developed by Dussmann Service for catering to child-care facilities: the concept is oriented on complete, healthy nutrition and aims to promote healthy eating habits and an appreciation of food and to prevent nutritionally related disease. The concept includes calculation of nutrient content of meal plans and the option of special diets and ethnic food. Dussmann Service adapts the catering concept and the ordering and accounting systems to individual requirements and provides support with the equipping of kitchen and dining room. Site-specific organic certification is possible.
