Nutritional concept developed by Dussmann Service for school catering. Its primary objective is to provide complete, healthy nutrition for students i.e. one which prevents illness and promotes concentration. In addition to the calculation of nutritional value of meal plans (labeled with fat points), the concept also offers ethnic food and meals adapted for specific medical conditions. Dussmann Service supports schools with the planning of food services and with equipping the kitchen. In addition, parents, teachers and students can benefit from individual consultation with trained ecotrophologists and dieticians. If requested, it is possible to obtain organic certification for a specific site.
