Deming cycle
According to Dr. W. Edward Deming (1900 - 1993), a company that wishes to develop client loyalty for its products or services, must ensure that these are constantly improved. This concept, known as the continuous improvement process, is one of the principles of Quality Management. In order to achieve constant improvement:
- executive management must take on responsibility
- all employees must be trained in the implementation of quality standards
- quality objectives must be defined and enforced
