A Dussmann-Service product: The Dussmann Quality Audit System is an innovative solution for continuous quality control and improvement. The basis of every quality audit is a site-specific service specification. The individual services in the specification are assigned weightings which we determine together with our clients. During the controls, points are awarded to the services performed and multiplied by the respective weighting. The comparison of the number of points possible and the points awarded provides an evaluation of the various cleaning areas in percent. The summary of these percentages helps to identify whether and where the quality of services can still be improved.
