gray water
Also known as sullage: Waste water from baths, showers and washing machines can be re-used e.g. for flushing toilets. This reduces drinking water consumption and the volume of waste water. Gray water systems are installed in residential buildings and hotels where the production of gray water is higher than the need for recycled water.
