Point for Point

Concept for fat-controlled nutrition: Most people in the industrial world eat too much fat resulting in nutritionally related diseases (e.g. diabetes, obesity). Point for Point offers the opportunity of preventing these illnesses and increasing health by introducing a flexible system of monitoring fat intake. Each dish is labeled with fat points (1 point = 1g fat). 500 fat points may be consumed in any form each week. The advantage of the concept is that it focuses on one food component only and that eating habits can remain unchanged with the exception of self-determined fat-intake.
