PPP

Public Private Partnership: a cooperation between public administration and a private company or organization to fulfill public tasks. The cooperation may take the form of a limited liability company (GmbH) in which both the public and the private organizations are shareholders (see Service GmbH). Alternatively, a consortium may be formed through contract.
