QM audit

Systematic, independent process which serves to evaluate the processes according to requirements and guidelines. Audits are carried out by a qualified inspector. Current processes are analyzed and compared with initial objectives. Results are recorded in reports and plans for corrective measures. We differentiate between internal and external audits. The most important  for maintenance and development of systems are internal audits which serve to identify weak points and improvement potential. External audits are made in the context of certification and are an obligatory quality management control mechanism.
