relocation management

Planning, implementation and management of relocation within a building or from one site to another. It may involve the relocation of individual facilities, work places including all accessories, the contents of certain rooms or whole groups of rooms. The placing of objects within the destination space need to be predetermined (facility layout, draft layout) and the technical connections planned or their availability ascertained. Planning includes the determination of transport (routes, capacities, time schedules). The relocation process is sometimes highly complex and IT plays an important role in implementation
