Dussmann Service concept for entertainment catering in staff restaurants and cafeterias. WandelBAR is an alternative to conventional concepts and includes seven variations which may be used simultaneously or individually:

  • KombinierBAR: snacks and salads
  • BelegBAR: pizza, sandwiches, crepes and waffles
  • GreifBAR: wok dishes finger food and dips
  • WunderBAR: regional cuisine
  • LöffelBAR: soups
  • FruchtBAR: fresh fruit, juices and desserts
  • TrinkBAR: hot and cold drink specialties

The modular form of  WandelBAR allows the number and size of the service islands to be adapted to the individual location. A side effect is savings in both investment and operative costs.
